Study Permit

When it comes to education, Canada is a leader among nations and has developed a world-class education system. Studying in Canada can be the best pathway to gain valuable experience, credentials, and immigration status. If you want to study in Canada, you will need to obtain a study permit from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada(IRCC). Generally, you must have a letter of acceptance from a designated Canadian institution.

When your course ends it does not necessarily mean that your journey within Canada has ended. Under normal circumstances, the Canadian Government issues work permits after completion of your graduate or post graduate degree from a participating institution for up to 3 years. This helps outgoing students work towards earning valuable Canadian experience, paying off their education loans or even exploring the Canadian job market for permanent settlement.

Visitor Visa

Before you plan your trip, depending on your country of origin, you may be required to apply for a visitor visa before coming to Canada. Citizens of many countries require a visitor visa to enter Canada and can stay up to maximum of 6 months per visit unless extension applied.

When people come to Canada as visitors, they can only stay in the country till visa validity period. Sometimes, you want to stay longer and extend your stay. If you decide to stay longer, you must apply for the visa extension at least 30 days before the visa expires.

Super Visa

As a Permanent Resident or Canadian citizen, there is no greater joy than being able to have your parents or grandparents visit and stay with you. It gives them immense happiness to see how you have established yourself. Many Canadians felt that the duration of their parents or grandparents stay in Canada was too short. The Government of Canada recognized this and has created a special visa, known as the SuperVisa to address the issue.

Super Visa is a multiple- entry visa which is valid up to 10 yrs. and will allow the applicant to remain in Canada for up to 24 months at a time without the need for renewal of their status.
